As a solutions architect for strategy, learning & performance Improvement, Lorenzo has spent the greater part of the past 28 years partnering with varying organization stakeholders and HR leaders to conceive, design, deliver and evaluate best in class HR and talent development deliverables tied to strategy, performance, and employee engagement. He has been assessed by others as a credible knowledge source for strategic HR management functionality and value creation mostly resulting from the past 9 years as a HR management university professor, 15 years learning solutions experience and 7 solid years of working with results-focused HR departments/teams. Lorenzo is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion as a strong driver to successfully align “people, processes, and profits” in organizations. He is also a retired military veteran with 20 years of active duty service.
