- Dan Ginsberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience and a deep history of delivering results. A passionate relationship builder, culture and engagement navigator, business partner and coach who creates and executes initiatives that build critical capabilities through developing and operationalizing strategy.
- Dan has over 30 years in human resources, operations, and merchandising with a demonstrated expertise in ecommerce fulfillment, distribution, reverse logistics, home delivery, call center and store operations.
- Dan has led HR departments at the divisional and enterprise level. Dan is known for his oversized curiosity, holistic approach, organizational navigation, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

- Dan has been part of leadership teams developing the strategy and executing large change initiatives to support organizational objectives and priorities.
- A key player in the opening over 500 stores, 4 +1MM sq ft fulfillment centers, 20+ expansions, remodels and closures.

- Dan has a Master’s in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University and BA in Communications from Slippery Rock University. Dan has been on the faculty at Fairleigh Dickinson University for the past 20 years.
