- Blue Ribbon Fire Department Officer’s Training – Separate training to prepare Officers to Receive, Record and Respond to complaints of Sexual Harassment.
- Junior Members (if applicable) and Affiliates – Provide separate training for Junior Members and Coaches that outlines your department’s Sexual Harassment Policy and process to report complaints. Training to include legal guardian if desired (30 minutes).
- Compliance Hotline – Provide compliance hotline (24/7) to protect confidentiality and anonymity of complaints. eGage Consulting will review all complaints received with Commissioner’s Office (or designate) to determine course of action. Hotline Posters and Complaint Form provided by eGage.
- Investigation Services – Provide thorough investigation of all complaints of harassment. Investigation findings, summary and recommended course of action will be reviewed and submitted to Commissioner.
- Legal Hearings – Investigator will participate in legal hearings for any investigation/complaint eGage was directly involved in.
