Professional Experience
Paige Watson earned her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Clemson University and is currently an Assistant Professor of I/O Psychology at Auburn University.

- Her research focused primarily on Occupational Health Psychology and building a better, more productive workplace by improving retention and engagement and mitigating work stress.
- Two plus years experience as a Human Resources data analyst for a major Retailer, broadening the scope of data analytic skills available in the HR department and optimizing HR work processes.
- Conducted turnover analysis and analyzed qualitative data from employee engagement survey at a major Retailer, interpreted and presented findings to multiple levels of company leadership.
- Additional experience performing a job analysis for a large logistics company and data analytics for a well-known bank.
- Proficient in several statistical software programs, including R, SPSS, Mplus, JMP, and EQS; Familiar with Python.
- Founder and club owner of PATH Volleyball Academy, providing opportunities for skill development and personal growth among young athletes.
